As director and new business lead at Socius, an impactful developer of mixed-use places, with a focus on delivering social and environmental outcomes, I’m predominantly focussed on the acquisition of new sites, and maintaining relationships with all project teams.Populate, a place management specialist with a focus on maximising the long-term social and economic value of mixed-use developments for occupiers, communities and investors, is 100% owned by Socius and its directors.As an architect, I have an active role in guiding the design process on each project, and I jointly manage the HR role at Socius. I work closely with investors, agents, architects, cost consultants, planners and the team at Populate to oversee every project, from acquisition through to delivery, and beyond.
