As District, I was responsible for the administration of all Social Security programs and policies in a defined geographic area. Managed the district office where I was resident and had direct supervision of the other district manager in a nearby district office.As a Program Analyst at SSA Headquarters, I provided technical support to the Associate Commissioner of the Office of Automation Support conducting research, analysis and testing necessary for the development of new administrative programs. As Systems Coordinator, migrated equipment, upgraded operating systems, maintained local area networks, resolved technical problems, and wrote some simple VBA code developing databases for use in the Area Office.
