I relate to people exceptionally well, and this makes me a great team leader. I care about customers and I care about the whole customer experience. I build relationships with my clients and do the same to gain new clients. I am with them through the entire experience and make sure that the goods they were delivered were exactly what they wanted and were on time, every time. This gives me great work satisfaction.
