- Managing the fitout of the new Lexus Melbourne Showroom at 501 Swanston Street (501 Tower)- Handling contracts including; Head Contracts, Consultant Agreements and Novation Deeds.- Dealing with clients and different stakeholders, ensuring they are up to date with everything going on with the project- Assessing consultants and trades, then making a recommendation to a Project Manager or the Managing Director- Assessing progress claims and processing invoices- Assisting four Project Managers and a Construction Manager with all their admin requirements

- Assisting the Building Manger in the day to day operation of the building.- Checking the services and amenities of the building to ensure that they are operating correctly.- Acting as Building Manger when they are away or not at the building.- Ensuring that the Owner’s Corporation is informed on what needs to happen to ensure that the building is operating at its full potential.

- Estimating - Running jobs- Dealing with clients and different stakeholders, ensuring they are up to date with everything going on with the project- Assessing trades- Competing progress claims- Being on site as well as in the office when the job is running- Making sure that the job is on time and under budget
