My role within Mercedes-Benz Cars UK is to work with the Swedish, Danish, Portuguese and Italian retail markets to successfully develop and implement a new point of sales system across all dealerships, within all 4 countries, involving several IT systems. An important aspect of the role is managing change, ensuring the adoption of new processes and the increased usage of new systems. I am responsible for overseeing the market and retailer analysis, system specification, system development, system testing, stabilisation, pilot and the rollout of a new ‘Point of Sales’ system. The role relies heavily on sales process knowledge, strong communication, managing multiple work packages and product knowledge, allowing the research, design, planning and implementation of the products to be successful. My role within Mercedes-Benz UK is to work with both the Network Operations department and BCE (Best Customer Experience) department to successfully implement and rollout new software and devices to the entire Mercedes-Benz UK retail network and Mercedes-Benz region Europe retail network, which includes;- Creating and maintaining good business relationships- Determining business requirements- Running process workshops and designing process maps- Measuring/Analysing performance metrics- Strong technical and product knowledge- Performing demonstrations of products, highlighting the benefits- Stakeholder management- Working as a team leader and independently - Planning and implementing software packages- Research and design of products/networks

My role within Mercedes-Benz UK is to support and lead the rollout of a new Point of Sales system to the Mercedes-benz retail and franchise dealership network, which includes;- Managing a team to implement the rollout of the system- Business process mapping- Gathering and Reporting feedback from users- Identifying issues/risks and mitigating the impact on business processes- Creating and maintaining good business relationships- Providing training and support for system users- Identifying user requirements- Data collection and data migration

My Role within AR Builders and Solar was to manage the workforce in the most efficient way possible ensuring that deadlines were met, which included;- Arranging traffic management - Preparing and presenting risk reports- Negotiating contracts/work- Managing resource- Budgeting/Forecasting- Telephone Duties
