My practice is devoted to civil and commercial litigation with an emphasis on appellate litigation. Following my graduation from law school, I served as a judicial clerk with the Michigan Supreme Court from 1999 to 2000. I also served as a Pre-Hearing Attorney with the Michigan Court of Appeals before joining the law firm of Hyman Lippitt, P.C. In January, 2010, I was appointed by the Michigan Supreme Court to serve as a member on the Model Civil Jury Instruction Committee for a two-year term, and I was re-appointed for all subsequent terms.Specialties: Appellate Litigation
