Am a proud owner employee with PeopleTec serving as PeopleTec task for the UAS programmatic contract lead and program integrator in the Program Office for Small Unmanned Aviation Systems (PM-UAS), supporting programmatic and acquisition requirements for Group I and II UAS. Responsible to support legacy systems sustainment and emergent requirement analysis and design efforts, and acquisition strategies for future long range reconn unmanned aviation systems. Served 28 years in the commissioned officer, warrant officer and enlisted ranks with most recent experience in the areas of Program Management, Acquisition and International Programs specifically related to the US military rotary wing procurement and logistics with the Utility Helicopter Program Office. Served as the US Army's MEDEVAC aircraft systems Program Manager for HH-60 and UH-60 MEDEVAC provisioned platforms to address program budgeting and life cycle management. Devised and initiated program objective budget for current MEDEVAC systems sustainment and R&D. Defense Acquisition University certified level 3 program manager, qualified as a US Army UH-60 maintenance test pilot and aviation maintenance manager. US Army battalion level command provided operational experience focused on aviation command and aviation logistics, with deployment experience in operational medical evacuation policy and procedures. Served as a MEDEVAC pilot in Operation Desert Storm and subsequently as MEDEVAC staff officer in Iraq in support of the transition from DOD to the DOS oversight. Served as program manager liaison in Afghanistan for MEDEVAC aircraft systems modifications and sustainment.
