As the Director of Coach Education at USA Swimming, the national governing body for the sport, I have over 15 years of experience in developing and delivering programs and resources that support the growth and performance of over 20,000 coaches across the country. I lead a team of professionals who share my passion for empowering coaches to inspire and develop swimmers of all levels and abilities.My core competencies include cognitive flexibility, communication, and task management, which enable me to adapt to changing needs, collaborate with diverse stakeholders, and oversee multiple projects. I have a Master of Business Administration and a Master of Science in Exercise Physiology, which provide me with a solid foundation in both business and sports science. I bring a diverse perspective and experience to the coach education team, and I am always eager to learn and innovate.
