From 2020 - 2023, I was based in Meridiam's Paris HQ working across Meridiam's Portfolio Management and Development teams to:i) oversee the ongoing management of our 120+ portfolio of assets in the mobility, social infrastructure and energy sectors.ii) lead the development of new investment opportunities across the UK and Ireland.From January 2024, I have relocated to London, where I now lead the development of new investment opportunities across the UK and Ireland as well as leading the development of new schools and colleges within Meridiam's Welsh Education Partnership (WEPCo) Project Company.Since January 2023, I have been a Director on Meridiam's Limerick Tunnel Road PPP in Ireland.

In my time with Fulcrum I was a member of the management team for Uliving@Hertfordshire (a 3,100 bed student accommodation project) where I was responsible for ensuring compliance, high levels of health and safety, excellent facilities management and an outstanding student experience for the circa 3100 students living in our accommodation.In addition I led the pre-qualification and technical work streams for the successful bid for a £1.5billion schools project in Wales. I subsequently supported the establishment of the Welsh Education Partnership (WEPCo) including establishing of the companies operating procedures.I was also a member of the Meridiam Social Infrastructure Club and worked on a number of development and knowledge sharing projects across the wider Meridiam group.

As a QAA Reviewer, I have undertaken a number of external quality reviews of Higher Education providers and have experience of several review methods including Higher Education Review (HER), Higher Education Review for Alternative Providers (HER AP) and the revised Quality Review Visit method introduced in 2017 (QRV).
