Fire & Rescue Operations- Battalion 502- C ShiftJuly 2022- presentLeading the efforts of six Fire & Rescue Stations in Prince William County. These high performing stations are providing daily effective emergency service to the citizens and guest of the Woodbridge, Dale City, Montclair, Coles District and Davis Ford response areas. Primary responsibilities are to coordinate all-hazard resources and provide emergency incident command of approximately 45 fire & rescue personnel assigned to the Battalion.Fire & Rescue Office of Health & Safety Systems Support Section 2019-2022Responsible for overseeing Fire & Rescue System's Medical Evaluation Program, Injury Reporting and Injury Prevention Programs, System and Department Policy Design and Updates, Implementation of Breathing Apparatus Upgrades. Supports oversight of 9 Incident Safety Officers deployed in Operations. Consults Fire & Rescue Executive Management on Safety & Health matters. Provides Oversight to Environmental Management Services; Fire & Rescue Liaison to County Risk Management & Wellness Services, Safety Council, Environmental Council. Serves as Designated Infection Control Officer for Prince William County Government- planning, response, policy and exposure tracking, significant role during Covid-19 Pandemic.

Operations- Station 6

December 2016- July 2019Fire and Rescue Station 6 CaptainStation is responsible for County-wide HAZMAT response with Type 1 NIMS Hazardous Materials Response Capabilities.Station operates an Engine Company, Ambulance, Tanker and Heavy Rescue. Manage Station Budget, Personnel and Operational Response across three- 24 hour shifts with a total of 47 personnel. Directly Supervises 6 Technicians and 6 Lieutenants. January 2016- November 2016 Operations- Station 18Commander of Fire and Rescue Station with Engine Company and Medic Unit service response. Fills the crew leader role of Engine Company and Supervises crew leader of Medic Co. 518.

2015- 2016Continuous Staffing Position Battalion 501-BServes as "fill in" Officer/ crew leader in absence of Captain and Lieutenants in Operations. Performs crew leader role in fire suppression, EMS, and technical emergency capacities.Requires knowledge of several program areas across Operations Division made of four separate Battalions.2012- 2014Staffing Officer Manages daily unit deployment for over 50 fire and rescue units across 21 fire stations. Schedules training deployment on regular basis for 500+ members of Department. Manages and enters pay adjustments and leave directly reported to Payroll. Manages overtime use and deployment. 2010-2012Engine Company 516 C Shift OfficerSupervisor of 24 hour shift Engine Company, responds to Fire, Rescue, and Hazmat Emergencies. Performs regular station and apparatus maintenance and record keeping. Coach and mentor of 4 technician crew. Perform inspections, public education and oversee emergency Staffing of department in lieu of the Staffing Office. Develop training schedule and track progress of 4 technicians. Complete annual performance evaluations and goal oriented career development. Unit Officer for HazMat Support 516 for county-wide Hazmat Operations Response: specializing in spill control, Mass Decontamination, and Atmospheric Monitoring and Testing.
