CurrentI hold keys and run the sales floor of the 4th busiest Wawa in the entire company typically on overnight or early morning. Overnight, I'm responsible for keeping facilities and sales floor clean and organized, putting away a300+ piece order every night as well as check in and scan in 2-3 vendors, checking and ensuring thatall product is within food service guidelines. assist any and all customers with all reasonable problemsand requests within a timely and customer service oriented manner both instore and through variousdelivery apps and setting up all operations for the following day. During the mornings the focus is typically on customer satisfaction and speed. it isn't uncommon forsingle employee to greet and interact with one or two hundred customers in an hour. As the shift lead iwas responsible for maintaining both customer and employee satisfaction, a strict schedule of tasks thatalign with times of the day, compliance of both food service safety and general store cleanliness andholding keys and handing cash.
