This is a support role in the Agresso Team within easyJet supporting all staff using Agresso both Agresso Self Service and Smart Client. My responsibilities were being first point of contact for all users experiencing Issues with Agresso, requesting updates and shorter term pro jects, as well as all areas of system administration. This also involved more project work including implementing Agresso Planner, updates to Fixed Assets and Upgrade to Agresso. This was a new Agresso implementation, a large part of my role entailed identifying and (where possible) correctingerrors in the build where reports or processes fail. My main responsibilities were the HR and Payroll sections in addition to support of all other modules and system administration. Other system admin duties included amending flexi fields where updates are required and other administration in Agresso Common such as workflow and attributes and relations. Support HR staff to administer all relevant staff details.
