Hello. My name is Daniel and I have been working for Royal Mail since 2009.I have progressed in my career since starting out as a Postman and am currently a Delivery Revision Support Manager with full knowledge and understanding of the different roles Royal Mail staff play.I lead teams through day to day operations, motivating and inspiring them to excel in their performance and standards in order to reach their KPIs and successful outcomes. I have completed various training courses including successfully completing an Advanced Diploma in Leadership and Management Level 5 which I started during Covid-19 Lockdown.
