I analyze drawings and project documents to perform a constructability analysis and identify design and constructability issues. Obtain and evaluate subcontractor proposals relative to their scope of work. Determine if scopes are complete and all gaps are covered. Prepare quality take offs and assemble bids and budgets of entire scope of trades for different contract types (competitive Lump Sum, GMP, Cost Plus or Design Build). Also provide participation in presentations to Owners Architects and Engineers to procure new projects
