About Daniel Mcghie
I have worked in the Customer Service industry for well over 10 years now and in this time I've worked in a myriad of roles that have help shape my skill set and knowledge of the sector. This experience has led me to work alongside highly reputable companies such as Amazon, The Trainline & Sony PlayStation, to name a few. My roles are also not limited to only Customer Service, I have worked in fast paced and stressful call center environments, where a high level of customer care and timekeeping needs to be adhered, Technical Support both which are time sensitive and again a High Level of customer care, time sensitive and technical knowledge is need and face to face customer service where problems and concerns have to be dealt with and resolved, in person and with the customer present. Other than by industry experience I have a variety of Skills which would be desirable to any company. I have good proficiency in Microsoft's Office Package (word, excel etc) and most of the Adobe creative packages (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, premier etc).
