Responsible for all process issues for CNS FPSOs and Janice platform reporting to Operations Director. Day-to-day technical support/ troubleshooting, technical representation in several Optimisation group hit squads, loss reporting and setting of production targets.• Responsible for obtaining the Gryphon installation 3 monthly flare consents.• Generated business critical systems review in response to an improvement notice from HSE developing a maintenance program driven against plant availability.• Responsible for the development of the concept of live data links for the 3 installations. • Team leader for well intervention workscope on the Leadon field.

Responsible for the day to day trouble shooting required for the Maureen and Judy platforms, the chemical management and laboratory analysis.• Project engineer for the hook-up of a new subsea development well, including DCS modification umbilical tiebacks and hydraulic control design modification.• Responsible for the design and installation of two ESPs on the Maureen platform• A member of the commissioning team for the Gas injection module on Judy, responsible for the implementation of the commissioning procedures and the preparation and review of start-up procedures. Liasing with shore based personnel and project representatives to devise 'fast track' engineering methods to solve problems related to the process module start-up.• Provided offshore engineering support for the Judy Gas Buyers Run-In Test, I was required to work with Platform partners, Compressor vendors and Specialist laboratory personnel to ensure the Judy platform exported the maximum nominated gas within the contractual specifications over a three day period. Onshore I was involved to with Legal team supplying the technical assistance to determine our performance capabilities.• Responsible for the preparation of shutdown and purging procedures for both Judy and Maureen platforms.• Operations liaison for the Janice project responsible for the start-up, test procedures and the implementation of the required DCS modifications.• Prepared Hysys model for Judy process operation.• Responsible for planning the removal and cleaning of 5 printed circuit heat exchangers working closely with the vendors and chemical suppliers

• Responsible for the day-to-day plant mass balance, ensuring the fiscal metering and the allocation metering figures were in agreement and highlight areas that would require further investigation.• Responsible for running optimisation trials on the Hot Oil System.• Carried out site environmental audit to reduce oil seepage to the local burn.
