Teller/ATM Cash Management duties consisting of managing cash carrier relationships along with Federal Reserve currency shipments. Security System Point person consisting of working directly with the Bank Security Officer on managing the various security systems involved with the bank. Also managing the entire security system and maintaining the security system provider relationship. Acting as the Retail Equipment Point person centralizing the management of other retail banking equipment. This includes: Cash dispensers, electronic signage, scanners, coin counters, etc. Directly assisting the Retail Administration in determining new equipment needs and coordinating the purchasing and implementation process. ATM Coordinator is responsible for the daily operations of the Banks ATM’s; acting as the retail liaison for all ATM matters and ATM Team Coordinator. Working closely with ATM Manager on upgrades and issues, managing the ATM part of the FIS EFT Intercept website (portal for accessing ATM/EFT information), reconciling ATM balancing and tracking ATM operational issues in order to mitigate outstanding issues. Retail Report Coordinator duties include working with Controller and the H360 coordinator on TellerPro and H360 reports to provide improved management information to Retail Administration and Branch Managers.

Job duties included but were not limited to:Opening new accounts and CD’s while running teller windows as needed. Helping customers with any existing accounts and maintaining the desired customer relationship with the bank. Negotiating the renewal of existing CD’s. Managing charge off accounts and collection of balances owed. Renewal of matured loans and evaluation of the loan collateral. Manage fraudulent charges on accounts, debit cards, and credit cards in order to protect the customers and banks best interests. Along with managing all closed account files and records. Assisting customers with any issues/concerns to properly align them with their financial needs and goals. Set up and rollover IRA’s and identify possible investment opportunities for customers. Roll over and manage qualified retirement plans. Process Personal and Commercial loan applications while also identifying possible Mortgage Loan opportunities. Assist with in house collateral or title transfers. Prepare and conduct Monthly Branch meetings including Product Knowledge Meetings and Center of Excellence Meetings. Prepare all branch reports for internal and Federal auditors on a monthly basis. Process all teller balancing reports and all branch security reports; maintain branch security system. Maintain all regulated signage for the branch. Conduct weekly/monthly/quarterly audits while maintaining branch security, vault security and compliance. Process all ATM/Cash Dispenser audits and balancing sheets. Review all teller audits (weekly, quarterly, and yearly).
