 Installation of gas compression station facilities including intensive PVC, stainless steel and carbon steel pipe installation and complex flange management.  Pump and motor installation and alignment.  PAU valve and pipe rack installation and alignment. Setup and installation of TEG, horizontal flare and igniter systems.  Preservation activities as per site requirements on pipes, flanges, valves and vessels. Installation of gas compressors and lubrication systems. Hydro testing, fault finding and repairs.  Reading and interpretation of isometric and P&ID drawings, working with supervisors and engineers to identify and manage modifications as required.  Adherence to all QA and OHS processes, including preparation of SHEWMS and risk assessment documentation.

 Installation of water treatment facilities including Ion Exchange, Membrane Filtration, Reverse Osmosis Units and Static Plant.  Installation and fit off of pipework and fittings including flange management. Setup of complex compressor systems, water transfer pump stations, generators and external fuel cells.  Pump and motor installation and alignment  PAU valve and pipe racks installation and alignment.  PE, HDPE, GRP, stainless steel and PVC pipe installation.  PE and HDPE pipe electro fusion welding in addition to PVC pipe solvent welding. Hydro testing of pipework including repairs as necessary.  Reading and interpretation of isometric and P&ID drawings, working with supervisors and engineers to identify and manage modifications.  Leading Hand responsibilities including control of daily work schedules, coordination of materials and equipment, and supervision of up to 9 team members.  Preparation and delivery of daily prestart meetings.  Adherence to all OHS processes, including preparation of SHEWMS and risk assessment documentation.

 Hands on leadership and management of mechanical services operations onsite multiple BMA and BHP mine sites ensuring projects completed on time, on budget and to client specification.  Overall management of project schedules, resource utilisation and cost control, preparing accurate and meaningful reports for management.  Overseeing the installation, upgrade, maintenance and repair of mobile and fixed plant including Marion Draglines, Electric Rope Shovels and CHPP facilities.  Management, supervision and mentoring of up to 20 crew members, including development of skills matrix, training plans, crew member skill development and completion of performance reviews.  Preparation and control of effective daily work schedules, coordinating resources, materials and equipment, including contingency planning as necessary.  Maintain a detailed understanding of client contracts and scope of works.  Provide high level of leadership and technical expertise in the resolution of design and construction issues as necessary.  Effective implementation and monitoring of site safety and environmental compliance requirements, including audits, and investigation of near misses and other reported hazards.  Build and maintain positive client and company management relationships, including issue resolution and expectation management.  Apply QA and ITP documentation with the work crew and liaise with QA/QC officer for signoff and completion. Development of new QA and ITP documentation and liaise with QA/QC officer for project approval.  Development of workplace safe work instructions and work packs and liaise with project execution team for approval.
