I have worked with athletes of all ages throughout my career since 2013. I began working with Personal Training and One-on-one Consulting leading people to lead a better life with their health and fitness. I gradually found the passion to teach class environments to coach more people at once, and found a love with CrossFit methodologies that translated well into the Strength and Conditioning career goals I had to pursue a professional career in the world of sports and athletics. I have also worked at universities and high schools to constantly improve my understanding with the education and tools I gained from my Masters degree in Sports and Health Sciences. For 5 years at the high school level, I have effectively achieved at creating standards, and organizing objectives for my athletes. Meanwhile, creating productive relationships with students all while maintaining a competitive edge within the school’s athletic program. My management skills and decision making talents have supported my professional growth as an educator, along with my unwavering passion for football.I thrive in high-pressure and fast-paced situations, striving for positive results by implementing effective conditioning and consistent routines for athletes. My experience as the Swim Head coach and Assistant Varsity Football coach has diversified my coaching approach that has allowed me to connect with different levels of athletic abilities and personalities.
