McCaffrey, Suffolk County Legislative District 14.

• Enhanced the customers’ experience by efficiently clearing tables, speeding the pace of service when needed, and keeping the restaurant spotless;• Ensured smooth workflow by working cooperatively as a team-player with food runners, servers, hostess staff and others during constantly changing needs and tempos of a weather-driven indoor/outdoor restaurant business;• Gained knowledge of the business operations of the restaurant from food storage, cooking and dishwashing by interacting with kitchen staff and ownership;• Increased revenue of the business through efficient customer service; and,• Made effective use of downtime by fulfilling senior management’s and ownership’s requests to engage in seasonal maintenance such as placement of potted palm trees and maintenance of a glass retractable roof.

• Ensure high quality experience for baseball fans by cleaning stadium seats before, during and after games at a 5,000 seat stadium of a professional baseball team; • Engage in customer service by greeting customers and acting as an ambassador for the team through answering questions and assisting customers in locating seats and concessions; and• Drive team revenue by being in charge of maintenance of luxury suites.
