I am a Mechatronics graduate with a passion for robotics and a diverse range of experiences across advanced systems integration, embedded design, and autonomous technologies. My academic journey has included working with cutting-edge platforms like Boston Dynamics' Spot and industrial robotic arms, where I specialized in integrating sensors, control systems, and automation solutions. One of my most rewarding projects was collaborating with Guide Dogs Australia to enhance the capabilities of Boston Dynamics’ Spot. I worked on integrating LiDAR and depth cameras to improve Spot’s navigation and perception systems, enabling it to assist in complex real-world environments effectively.During my internship, I contributed to the development of embedded systems for a spacesuit, focusing on designing reliable and robust systems for extreme conditions. This experience refined my problem-solving skills and taught me the importance of precision engineering. Some of my key accomplishments include:- Developing sensor systems (LiDAR, depth cameras) for Boston Dynamics’ Spot to enable advanced navigation and perception.- Designing and programming precise control systems for industrial robotic arms in automation and manufacturing tasks.- Building and programming autonomous robotics for indoor navigation using marker-based tracking and collision avoidance.- Designing fail-safe embedded systems for space-grade hardware during my internship.I am driven by curiosity and a commitment to creating impactful solutions in robotics, automation, and embedded systems. Let’s connect to share ideas, collaborate on innovative technologies, and push the boundaries of what’s possible in the field of mechatronics!
