Perform software and hardware upgrades during non-business hours.• Upgrade and maintain Cisco IOS software via SolarWinds for the Cambridge campus, 12 remote sites, and the DR Data Center inLowell.• Create and update software runbooks for the Solarwinds Components (NTA, NCM, NPM, VMM, UDT, SAM, Engineering toolkit).• Meticulously maintained a 36 page detailed data center visio diagram that matches the current infrastructure using vendor providedstencils.• Provide monthly metrics on Server Rack space availability, power consumption, and equipment servicing inside the Cambridge andLowell (DR) Data Center.• Maintain the Liebert HVAC equipment by utilizing 24/7 support vendor service contracts.• Rack new servers and provide TOR port-channel configuration and guidance to members of IS.• Provide documentation on the server(s) physical location, Rack & U number, Etherchannel/Port-channel configuration, and idracconnectivity information.• Run fiber for new equipment installs and maintain the existing SM and MM fiber inside the Cambridge Data Center.• Work directly with Draper Security and Markley Group to provide badge and fingerprint access to the Cambridge and Lowell Datacen-ter.• Come in on the weekends for company-wide power shutdowns. Ensure that the ATS and Generator function as expected, and verifythe power for the Data Center and IDF closets are running on generator backup.• Work with third-party vendors for new equipment (IP cameras, Security Panels, Ovens) and provide, VLAN and IP address assignmentand NAC sup

• Provide Tier 2 and 3 network troubleshooting and support for the Service Desk.• Travel to any of Draper’s 12 remote sites for hardware installs and/or network upgrades.• Provide IP addresses and DNS records via infoblox.• Provide long term guest wireless account access for vendors and Draper guests.• Install scheduled monthly Windows updates to several Windows servers that run the Solar Winds environment.• Update and maintain patches for Draper’s SolarWinds products: NTA, NCM, SAM, NPM, UDT.• Perform daily backups to Cisco Routers, Firewalls, Switches, and Cisco UC environment to 2 separate servers over SCP and SFTP.• Plan and schedule upgrades through Draper’s Change Control process.
