With the ever changing regulations surrounding the payment card industry, my job is to ensure our ISO's and merchants understand what card brands expect from a compliance standpoint and to help them implement any necessary changes.

- Using a script provided, reach out to leads via call/text/email- Notate accounts after successful and unsuccessful attempts- Make 100+ outbound calls per day- Coordinate with team members working the same leads via Slack- Attend weekly, bi-weekly, and all hands meetings for continued training- Meet 1:1 with team manager weekly- Manage productivity in an at home work environment

Denton Freedom House is a 6 month discipleship program centered on ministering the gospel of Jesus Christ to men lost in addiction. After personally graduating the program I served as the Kitchen Manager. In April 2016 I accepted the position of Graduate Director.As these men graduate, I am charged with walking beside them as they take what they have learned in the program and put it into action. This step is difficult for many of them as they are taking steps in a sober frame of mind. The level at which they need help varies and include writing resumes, finding jobs, finding places to live or finding a church to get plugged into. Some need more in depth help as far as everyday things like writing a budget, managing money and making wise choices. I am also here to offer my counsel during this difficult transition.

Denton Freedom House is a 6 month discipleship program centered on ministering the gospel of Jesus Christ to men lost in addiction. Personally I struggled with an addiction to methamphetamine for 12 years. I entered the program in 2012 and upon graduation of the program I took the position of Kitchen Manager. My responsibilities included, but were not limited to, managing the schedule, menu and men from the program that served in the kitchen. We have donation pick ups three times a week and I was in charge of making sure that they were picked up, documented and put away. We were also responsible for preparing the meals for the men and staff of the home (around 840 plates a week)
