In this role I was responsible for the management of our Foundation Phase programme. Some key responsibilities included, but were not limited to; - Development of the FP curriculum alongside the HOC- Management of all staff and hiring process- Responsible for the development of all players and staff in the Phase. - Maintaining all relevant Audit/Admin documentation & ensuring they meet the required standard. - Being present for all FP contacts.

During my time at Flint Town United I worked closely with many different age groups. This included being responsible for planning and delivering sessions aligned with our Academy curriculum, developing and delivering player IDP's, leading match days and all other responsibilities that come with leading an age group.

Over my time at this club I was Head Coach of literally every single age group over my time here, coaching multiple age groups at any one time. I was also responsible for the day to day runnings of the club alongside the Chairman. In addition to this, I also founded the Grassroots section of the club along with the first ever Deaf Futsal Team in North Wales affiliated with the club. I then went on to become the First Team Manager. Due to full-time football commitments and the club facing financial difficulties due to the Pandemic unfortunately my time came to an end at the club.
