• Created and maintained reporting cards and dashboards using Domo Business Intelligence Software.• Worked with the business to upgrade dashboards to be more user friendly. Dashboards were reconfigured so that the most important data, according to the business, was presented first with supporting data presented in sub dashboards.• Created American Pacific Mortgage’s reporting standards so that all reporting was consistent in appearance, structure, and data. This included standardization of graph types, colors, and naming conventions, and data sources. • Created and optimized SSMS views and Stored Procedures to retrieve the data from the systems of record to the reporting instance via the Azure Data Warehouse. This was essential because there were multiple systems of record and multiple reporting instances depending on how the data was to be visualized.• Documented dashboards, cards, Domo DataSets, and fields to be easily identified in the reporting and in the systems of record. An example would be if a report contained a Rate Lock field, the documentation would show what dashboards, cards, and DataSets had the field and what the exact name of the field was in the system of record.

• Developed and maintained SQL server back end data sources for front end Access applications for a 30 FTE Audit department to counter a slow network that caused delays in accessing data. Data sources developed included tables, views, and stored procedures. Developed reporting using SQL Server Reporting Studio (SSRS) and Visual Studio. The conversion reduced access times of up to two minutes per record to less than eight seconds.• SharePoint developer and admin. Created reporting dashboards on the department site and established a workflow on the data and reporting site that had been used to create new projects and track the progress of in-flight projects. • Designed and managed a system to track departmental projects. The process included creating a project charter, gathering requirements, and developing a business requirements document, milestone tracking, RAG reporting (Red Amber Green), user testing and acceptance, and signoff procedures.• Created the Enhanced Savings and Recovery Report, an Excel report that dynamically displayed dollars recovered and annualized savings in nine categories in the four business regions. Also developed a high-level business review presentation for upper management.• Developed a process to gather drug claims data from the Oracle data warehouse and import the data into Microsoft Access production databases. • Led a team of three Business Analysts that provided innovative MIS for Collections Litigation Services (CLS).• Part of a three-person management team that created the Vendor Support Department within CLS. Creation of the new department included establishing policies and procedures, reporting standards, and data gathering guidelines.• Created and maintained the 120-page monthly CLS Quality Review PowerPoint presentation that combined the quality reports from all departments in CLS.• Gathered data for and maintained the 60-page monthly Business Review document. • Created the report structure and identified data sources for the Process Execution SLA Report, a report that tracked daily and month-to-date volumes and service level adherence for 144 process worked by the Process Execution Department.• Developed a database so outside council attorneys could review internal account data for litigation cases without accessing the internal network. Converted existing reporting from Business Objects format to SQL server.• Created a HAMP (Home Affordability Modification Program) modification tracking system that reviewed each completed HAMP modification to ensure the correct reimbursements from the U.S. Treasury Department were received. The tracking system found 148 loans where the government payment was not made, resulting in over $150,000 in reimbursements.• Developed a recovery reporting suite that included daily inventory and income reports, portfolio demographics, and batch tracking reports.
