I am based onsite and I do general 1st line support such as creating Active Directory accounts for users and applying the correct user group polices to the account. This includes password resets and account unlocking.As well as 1st line support, I do some second line tasks such as building WIM-images to be deployed around the site for users to use. This would include sending out an UAT to users for them to approve the image and they will give feedback and let me know if they need any other programs included.
