My primary goal was to reach full execution of initial contracts and study budgets as quickly as possible so that clinical research/human testing may begin in order to prove efficacy and obtain FDA approval for use.Escalate deviations to department leadership and/or Sponsor (Biopharmaceutical parent company) directly to obtain approval/clarification. Identified possible contract or process operational risk and proactively works within the team to provide solutions.
