Birner Dental Management Services (BDMS) is a $60+MM dental services organization that owns and operates 60+ dental practices throughout Arizona, Colorado, and New Mexico. Each practice is named and branded PERFECT TEETH, which is how we are known to the public and within the dental community. Reporting directly to the CFO I have provided leadership with several operational initiatives that have created a more aligned workforce as well as a more systematic and consistent way to conduct business in a unified fashion within the network. This has served to reduce the variability of our daily operations and a more predictable outcome. I have served in a leadership role on several committees including employee development, employee recognition, expense control projects, brand awareness, in-house dental plan roll out, QSI Dental System Management upgrades, and improvements training and development. My current responsibilities include handling all Insurance Contracts, fee schedules, negotiations, training and development of our QSI Dental Practice Management System, improvements within Best Practices on Operations Manager positions. Administrator of the Perfect Teeth Dental Plan, overseeing the changes, improvements, growth, new patients, retention of patients. Traveling within the company for hands on learning / training / improvements within the practice for improved efficiency.

As an Operations Manager, my responsibilities included the entire practice including Front office Operations, and the Back office operations. Included but not limited to hiring, training, ordering of supplies, scheduling, Accounts Receivables, Profit and Loss, staffing expenses, lab costs, inventory management, QSI Dental Management System, HIPAA regulations, OSHA standards, safety, maintenance of facility. My primary responsibilities were to my home location in the Greenwood Village Store. Lead the district Shrink and Loss Prevention Program within each store, and developed additional ways to target Shrink, identifying potential loss, and improving turning of merchandise, receiving, and mark down damaged items.
