• Supporting the Tax Accounting function through preparation, analysis and review of tax provisions and supporting documentation for domestic and foreign entities in accordance with FAS 109 and FIN 48 and 10K/10Q tax disclosure requirements.• Supporting the Tax Compliance function by calculating/reviewing various book/tax differences, gathering and analyzing data and reviewing returns prepared by the outsourcing team. • Supporting the Tax Controversy function by taking an active role in the examination of filings by the IRS and state taxing authorities.
