Project management, from the analysis of the technology (life science and heatlh, medtech...) to the first trading steps (contact with companies). Based on my own expertise and with scientists and support functions of the SATT GC, I manages:- IP analysis,- market analysis,- design of the targeted product,- building of the budget,- HR items,- redaction of various internal and external documents,- technical program to obtain the POC.

Dr Velge-Roussel group.Work package 4 of the LABEX “MAbImprove”Project : Modulation of proprieties of human dendritic cells by therapeutic antibodies.On side of the scientific projects and student training, I had to manage the lab at the day-by-day level, to apply at various grant requests to obtain funding, to define some needs to buy machines (blot imager, incubators, centrifuges, microscopes...) and to manage the suppliers (to compare their offers and to organize the demos).

Dr Patrice Codogno’s team, France.Project: Control of autophagic proteolysis in human cancer cells: role of kinases mTOR, S6K1 and AMPK.I showed for the first time the importance of energetic sensoring in the regulation of autophagy.4 publications, 2 posters, 2 research seminars, 1 progress report.

The aim of InterBiotech is to promote a solid national and international network to facilitate the business synergies in life science sector.My responsabilities were :- Participate to the association management- Brain storming- Prospection of new potential international partners- Elaboration of new communication supports (flyer, website, newsletter...)- Search of new financial sources (writing of the business plan, seeking of grants from the city hall and ministery, partners, sponsors...)- Market study of life science sector (national and international level)

The team had to design the 450 sqm of the moveable exhibition "Experience 2035, imagine the future. The purpose of this exhibition was to imagine how will be the world in a generation, in 30 years. This exhibition was aimed to be a sensory experience : what will be the tastes, the odors, the sounds, the environnement ?
