Develop Restful Web Services, Window Services, Windows and Linux applications. The application range from complex embedded autorouter and threat assessment to gui based mission planning software. Everything was worked using Agile Scrum teams while using CI/CD DevSecOps practices.

As manager I was responsible of hiring and training new employees, scheduling the staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, assigning tasks, keep up with sales and keep the store up to date.

As a sales associate my primary responsibility was customer satisfaction. This included helping the customer with technical issues, answering questions and helping the customers find products that would best fit their needs. To be successful at helping customers I had to stay on top of the ever changing technology, I had to focus on wireless devices such as mobile phones. On top of helping customers I was responsible for keeping the store presentable to customers and ensure a clean environment to work.
