While mastering the art of sales and overcoming rejection presented new challenges, I soon honed these skills and became adept at guiding others seeking similar experiences.After a few years in the industry, I took the initiative to establish my own business in Colchester, Essex. Since its inception in 2016 with a modest team of four, the organisation has flourished, now boasting four locations across the UK, with plans to expand to 12 locations within the next seven years.As we anticipate further growth by the end of 2024, I am actively seeking individuals eager to enhance their prospects for a successful future.
