Designed and led team-based programs for youth in PATHs program. PATHS is a research-based intervention and prevention that works with children likely exposed to violence. Programs were designed to teach youth to appropriately expressing their emotions in social settings, to broaden their social skills, and develop more positive behavioral role models.

Head interviewer responsible for developing interview footage during Eye to Eye's annual conference (OI). I was the primary interviewer of over 100+ interviews of high school and college students, asking a range of questions to elicit youth experiences with learning disabilities. Footage used by Eye-to-Eye, a leading national non-governmental organization for learning disabilities, in media campaigns throughout the year.

Provided research assistance for a graduate-level study in the U of R's Psychology Department. Research examined motivation and social behavior utilizing self-determination theory. The study analyzed, in particular, social isolation and its effects on individuals.

A summer camp position where I was responsible for the overall cohesion of a group. Head Counselors facilitate positive interactions between individual campers while keeping it fun and safe. the position also requires that you be in charge of medical logs and other administrative aspects of camp procedure including interactions with parents. In 2014 I began working the majority of my summer as a Leadership assistant, working to assist in the develop young leaders by aiding instructors and often giving necessary talks to campers.

A summer camp position in which I was in I was there to assist the Head Counselor and Instructor in weekly camp activity. Junior Counselors are often seen to be friends with the campers offering someone who is there to have fun with them while ensuring safety and group cohesion.
