Responsibility for leading the digital transformation for Town Shoes Limited (CAN) across all omni channels including eCommerce. Providing vision and leadership to the IT organization shaping it as a service oriented unit that provides value centric, customer driven solutions to the Town Shoes Support Center and all of the CA stores across the three banners: Town Shoes, Designer Shoe Warehouse and Shoe Company/Shoe Warehouse. Responsible for Infrastructure, Network & Operations across North America for both Town Shoes Ltd. (CAN) and Designer Shoe Warehouse Inc (USA). Managing an internal team supported by multiple vendors both on- and offshore.

Responsible for providing vision and leadership to the IT service organization shaping it as a service oriented unit that provides customer driven solutions. This responsibility included partnering with the business in order to tie IT closely to the business objectives and to foster the value centric view of IT. Managing a team of >200 onshore and offshore resources delivering the full scope of enterprise solutions across North America.

Responsible for delivering financial and HR shared services to all three operating companies within North America. Services include the Book-to-Report, Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay and Hire-to-Retire business processes. This responsibility includes creating a vision and defining a strategy for NABS, instilling process best practices and appropriate use of technology, defining and growing the scope of NABS, and acting as a subject matter expert on Shared Services for other Holcim group companies. Managing a team of >140 employees.

Responsible for identifying key strategic business capabilities within all of the business processes within North America and translating them into an executable technology strategy that will enable the overall business strategy. Managing a team of >50 employees.

Responsible for the design, implementation and management of all financial and management applications of the Holcim Group required to fulfill the reporting requirements to the Global Executive Committee and Board of Directors. Managing a team of 13 direct reports supported by virtual teams within >70 Operating companies and 6 IT Service Centers (North America, Latin America, EMEA, APAC, India, Australia).
