As CRM & Brand Coordinator of one of Kindred's portfolio of online casinos, I report directly to the brand/country manager and am mainly responsible for the planning and timely execution of marketing campaigns. Amongst other things my duties include:- Content creation for on site promotions, email & SMS marketing campaigns- Promotional planning and execution of campaigns- Post campaign analysis across CRM channels and tools- Liaising with all stakeholders for promotional campaigns to be delivered in a timely manner.- Setting up of bonuses and testing to optimise customer retention and reactivation- Create, monitor and maintain customer segments- Evaluation and optimisation of the on-boarding process and bonus programs- The main point of contact between the support team and the brand

- Responsibe for maintaining and further developing the financial record keeping and reporting system- Handling day to day finance operations- Processing of invoices and payments- Office management- Reporting to statuory bodies- Assisting with the development and maintenance of the organisational and human resource policies and procedures- Assisting with the maintenance of the administrative systems- Liasing with third parties including banks

- Assisting clients in implementation and administration of Luxembourg & Malta holding companies, financing and intellectual property companies, and real estate companies- Handling the day-to-day operations of companies and responding to clients’ requests - Keeping company books and preparing periodic reports- Preparing statutory financial statements and maintaining contact with auditors when applicable- Preparing corporate and VAT returns and maintaining relevant contact with the Luxembourg tax authorities and tax advisers - Taking part in developing restructuring plans or other transactions in compliance with recommendations of the local regulatory body, including spin – offs, mergers and acquisitions- Assisting with the organization of board meetings and shareholders meetings

- Control of the accounting and control of the Net Asset Value of funds (daily, weekly, monthly)- General administrotion of companies (invoicing & payments)- Transfer Agency Duties- General management of various funds (real estate, Equity traded funds, forex)- General relations with officers, clients and investors- Processing daily subscriptions, redemptions, switches & transfers for various funds- Portfolio & bank reconciliations- Forex Hedging- Resolving email and telephone enquiries
