Arringo Ltd is a worldwide call-center. The company has multiple brokers where the call- center agents have clients to assist on a day-today basis with crypto/FX trading. This includes creating accounts, assisting with technical queries, providing general information, greeting and upselling our services to the clients. My main responsibilities are the following:◦ Assisting the clients through live chat, inbound calls, outbound calls and emails;◦ Keeping track of all callback requests made by our clients to be made on time andmeet the clients' expectations;◦ Handling of CRM and clients' accounts;◦ As an elite agent I was requested by my manager to assist with weekly statistics,day-to-day monitoring of the production, creating team building activities and assisting the team where needed to have a smooth production.
