The Court of International Commercial Arbitration attached to the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Romania was created in 1953 for the settlement of foreign trade disputes.Under the Law no. 335 of December 3rd, 2007, the Arbitration Court was reorganised as a permanent non-corporate arbitration institution attached to the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Romania, for the administration of international and domestic arbitration.Under its Regulations on the Organisation and Operation of the Court of International Commercial Arbitration attached to the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Romania, the Court provides the following services: arbitration, consultancy on procedures, studies and research in the field of arbitration, co-operation with the arbitration commissions within the system of Chambers of Commerce and Industry in Romania.

Revista Romana de Drept European (Romanian Review of European Law, thereafter The journal) is the only Romanian Journal dedicated to European Law. The Journal’s mission is to deliver timely and authoritative doctrinal opinion, commentaries and notes on fundamental issues related to European Law. The scope of the materials published in the Journal is broad, covering all the aspects (doctrinal, institutional, procedural, etc) of European Law. The authors of materials published in the review are not only Romanian, but also international, widely recognized and appreciated in the field. The materials are published in English, French and Romanian. The audience is formed by Romanian and European academics and students, practitioners (judges, attorneys, in house counselors, etc), law libraries etc. The Journal was established in 2003.

ReNEUAL addresses the potential and the substantial need for simplification of EU administrative law, as the body of rules and principles governing the implementation of EU policies by EU institutions and Member States. EU administrative law has evolved on a policy-by-policy basis in an unsystematic and non-transparent manner. Simplification can be achieved by the rationalisation and improvement of structures and methodology used throughout EU policy fields. The overall objective of ReNEUAL is to develop an understanding of EU public which ensures that the constitutional values of the Union are present and complied with in all instances of exercise of public authority.
