Oversee all purchases and vendor relations. Ensure that all inventory on-site meet safety stock levels to decrease downtime of operations and expedited maintenance time-frames. Work with accounting to provide all needed documentation and assistance in monthly inventory totals and our annual true-up with a partnership company. Schedule preventative maintenance and annual maintenance within our fleet maintenance program. Track and complete work orders for all maintenance functions. Work with senior leadership and project management to forecast inventory levels for new and upcoming projects to ensure all items are on-site for work execution prior to client demand startup dates.
