- Led a team of five engineers to lead competency Technical Area Experts and coordinate with program leadership to work through cross competency technical challenges and make decisions balancing the cost and schedule impacts of challenges across multiple domestic and foreign military sales (FMS) customers. This required collaboration across multiple Navy sites as well as working with other commands such as NAVSUP, DCMA, and DLA.- Directed the technical effort to support the H-60 Production line and in service support for air vehicle IPT. Technical escapes and issues including tail gearbox fastener over torqueing, main gear box design issues, tail rotor blade pitch horn bonding repairs, floor miss-drilled holes, main rotor blade bonding, and other escapes and issues required translating technical issues to leadership to recommend a risk based action after collaborating with experts from PAX, FST and the original equipment manufacturer. - Key technical integrator for multiple major ECPs, including gunner seat redesign joint program with PMA-202 and AIRWorks, scissor bearing redesign, corrosion prevention initiatives, and blade fold wire harness changes. This role included requirements development, design, analysis, test and evaluation, and fleet introduction. This demanded working across multiple technical competencies, logistics, and program support managers to ensure the least impact to fleet readiness.- Air vehicle technical lead supporting multiple technical ECPs and issues for FMS countries. Efforts to integrate additional seating into an old type model series for Spain, integrate transparencies in Australian aircraft, and work with the OEM to resolve issues with unique capability on antenna integration on Denmark production aircraft, all required leading the technical experts and working with the case managers to resolve the issues to the customer’s satisfaction.
