I lead evaluation and structuring of deals including participation on the investment committee. As President of A1 Garage, I transitioned from consultant to permanent leadership, partnering with Tommy Mello to professionalize and scale the business. I recruited new C-suite talent, driving growth and operational improvements that positioned the company for a successful exit. In December 2022, we completed a highly successful sale to Cortec Private Equity based in NY. I remained with the company post close to ensure a seamless transition with new ownership. As interim CEO I helped the entire International Bancard team transition after leading a transaction process culminating in a successful sale to Global Payments. Prior to the transaction I worked closely with the founder David Iafrate to align our corporate strategy with new opportunities and prepare the company for the next phase of growth.

As COO at Hygea Health Holdings I worked closely with advisors, legal counsel and the board of directors to help stabilize the company and align acquired physician practices with overall corporate strategy. I led acquisition efforts for all physician practices while managing overall company operations.

At SI Capital my responsibilities included sourcing, business development, and portfolio management activities. I was the operating CFO for all acquired companies post-closing and worked closely with our team to create innovative solutions for our investments in a wide range of industries both domestically and abroad.

At Forest Health Services I led a team who successfully partnered with surgeons across the country in individual surgical specialty hospitals. These partnerships were carefully structured to be in compliance with complex healthcare regulatory requirements and continue to be very successful - producing excellent financial results with innovative and entrepreneurial surgeons.
