Established in 1996, we have extensive experience working in Chicago on a variety of projects, including many residential renovations and additions, and varied small and medium-sized residential, commercial and life safety projects, as well as residential projects in Michigan, New York and Wisconsin. Work includes all phases of a project: planning and design, construction docs and permitting, construction observation.We also specialize in Exterior Facade Inspection, Repair and Restoration. I have completed dozens of up-close exterior inspections and reports of buildings 3 stories to 58 stories. Many inspections have led to facade repairs and restoration, including terra cotta, concrete, stone and brick facades.I am now licensed in Illinois, Wisconsin, Michigan and New York.
