I’ve had the pleasure of working with the same company for more than 5 years experience working in the automobile claims field. I currently hold the role of a casualty claims adjuster where I am tasked with negotiating claim settlements for bodily injury claims. Assessing risks and minimizing exposures to our customers while protecting them from any future action against them is part of my daily role. I strive to keep up to date with the ever-evolving guidelines and regulations in claims adjusting for the main four states that I handle. Currently, I hold a license to handle automobile claims in all 50 states. While there are several claims under my name, I work in a team environment where I consistently work with my colleagues to provide remarkable customer experience throughout our department. I enjoy working with my colleagues and collaborating with them in making complex liability decisions or assisting them in any claim handling related questions.While I do enjoy my work in the insurance claim field and continue to improve on my current job duties, I am an aspiring Business Marketer. To pursue my goal of joining the Business Marketing world, I have enrolled in the University of Texas at Dallas to obtain my bachelor's degree in Marketing. I will finish my degree in the Fall of 2022 and look to broaden my horizons by joining a new field of work once I graduate.
