Restaurant Manager
I am currently responsible for the every day running of the restaurant. This includes following Pizza Huts standards throughout the business and driving my team to deliver the standards consistently every day. I also manage my daily expectations and goals to my management team for them then to follow onto the team. Being a restaurant manager also means that I am extremely passionate in making sure every guest that enters my restaurant is treated like a friend and given the best possible service. Every week I review the past week and put a plan in place for the current week to move the business forward. I will then hold manager meetings to discuss our way forward as a team. Other roles include labour management, stock counting and recognising great performance. Whilst also managing poor performance. My restaurant has recently been used as a leading restaurant to trial innovation and change for the company. After the trial Pizza Hut then role this out nationally.
