Greater Sydney Area

I worked in collaboration with the facilities manager to ensure the smooth day to day operations across several corporate and commercial sites. The main location at Concord West is a corporate facility which supports 1500 employees with other site capacities ranging from 200 - 400 employees. I worked autonomously, prioritising my workload throughout the day and managing my time to ensure the most efficient outcome for both the company and the employees involved whilst travelling between multiple sites as required. I raised work orders where maintenance was required and liaised with service coordinators to assign contractors and delegate tasks, oftentimes working alongside with them to achieve an exemplary outcome for the client. I worked closely with all trades including fire services, HVAC, electricians, plumbers and know how to efficiently maintain a facility. All works were documented and reported through multiple applications for recordkeeping and adhering to WHS standards.

Liaising with the warehouse manager I would coordinate the supply and installation of spare parts from a variety of suppliers to minimise downtime of gym equipment and their various associated amenities.

I maintain two residential apartment complexes one of which is at Rhodes consisting of around 300 apartments and one at Chiswick of around 100 apartments.
