I own and operate my own private handyman company around the Sydney Region of NSW. I perform maintenance and repairs for both high end residential and commercial clients, some of which include Lumiere Apartments Sydney, Regent Place Shopping Centre, KFC, PCYC, Plus Fitness. With great attention to detail I troubleshoot customer issues regarding carpentry, plumbing, electrical, mechanical and aesthetic components of automotive vehicles as well as electronics and computers. More specifically, some of the tasks include the following:• Kitchen demolition and installation• Installation of instant boiling, chilled and sparkling Zip and Billi Tapware• Furniture assembly• Bathroom installations such as taps, toilets, shower screens, vanities and cabinets• Mounting and hanging mirrors, artworks, televisions and other decorative and practical fixtures into all substrates including plaster, render, brick, concrete and tile• Reliable and meticulous hanging of doors, installation of door handles, mechanical locks and electronic locks• Tiling, grouting, degrouting, mixing glues and waterproofing, sandstone and paving works• Plastering and painting • Automotive installation of stereos, reverse cameras, screens, radios and speakers• Building custom gaming computers with customised liquid cooling facilitation as well as troubleshooting and setting up networks, servers and software. • Fabrication of custom decorative or practical fixtures using an array of materials including metal, plastic and timber for various applications

• Managing pre settlement inspections in every unit prior to tenancy and settlement. • Managing defects and coordination with trades in rectification works • Coordinating and overseeing regular preventative and reactive building maintenance and repairs for 3 buildings consisting of 135 units, multi level basement carparks, outdoor terraces and common property. • Managing and directing cleaning, security staff and trade contractors. • Preparing and implementing emergency protocols and procedures. • Responding to inquiries and requests by building tenants and resolving any problems or issues. • Ensuring facilities comply with building policies, regulations, and building codes. • Conducting regular building inspections and preparing reports for stakeholders.• Carrying out daily site inspections to ensure the building grounds are well maintained and safe for tenants and staff • Liaising closely with the strata manager to facilitate scheduled maintenance within budgeting requirements for common areas and rectification works.• Proficient use of all office 360 suite software as well as BMS systems such as MYBOS.• Most senior building manager at ALAND and have trained multiple staff to bring them up to proficiencies in areas of trade management, software use and fluency, process development and implementation.

I worked in collaboration with the facilities manager to ensure the smooth day to day operations across several corporate and commercial sites. The main location at Concord West is a corporate facility which supports 1500 employees with other site capacities ranging from 200 - 400 employees. I worked autonomously, prioritising my workload throughout the day and managing my time to ensure the most efficient outcome for both the company and the employees involved whilst travelling between multiple sites as required. I raised work orders where maintenance was required and liaised with service coordinators to assign contractors and delegate tasks, oftentimes working alongside with them to achieve an exemplary outcome for the client. I worked closely with all trades including fire services, HVAC, electricians, plumbers and know how to efficiently maintain a facility. All works were documented and reported through multiple applications for recordkeeping and adhering to WHS standards.

Worked autonomously performing preventative maintenance schedules and safety inspections whilst responding to reactive maintenance. Liaising with the warehouse manager I would coordinate the supply and installation of spare parts from a variety of suppliers to minimise downtime of gym equipment and their various associated amenities.

Worked in collaboration with the building manager ensuring the smooth day to day running of large residential apartment complexes and their associated facilities. I work autonomously, prioritising my workload throughout the day and managing my time to ensure the most efficient outcome for both the company and the clients involved. All works are documented and reported through an application for recordkeeping. I maintain two residential apartment complexes one of which is at Rhodes consisting of around 300 apartments and one at Chiswick of around 100 apartments.
