Establish and implement supplier development planning as per new project requirement, periodic supplier assessment result, material supply capacity and company’s strategy etc.Leading projects of material (machining parts, injection parts ,stamping parts etc.) souring.Supplier and sub-contractor management activities, including contract finalizing, periodic supplier assessment, organizing supplier on-site audit and data base maintaining etc.Communicating with local and headquarter team for material qualification, specifications，price and lead time etc. Solving conflictions and maintain good partnership between suppliers and in house department.Maintain material market information (price, supply channel etc) in order to take preventive actions accordingly etc.Identify cost down opportunities through launching alternative sourcing and integration of present suppliers.Launch the second sourcing projects for the purpose of cost reduction and capable supply chain.Coordinates other departments’ requirements .

As a project leader ，responsible for new product development from engineering design to mass production,Feasibility study, Performance and structure design base on requirement from customer. Prepare preliminary BOM for quotation ,provide prototype samples and testing report to customer . Design or purchase the new component(plastic,metal etc.) . Review the quote and quality ,work with vendor till the new part can be put in production.Base on project schedule to arrange the trial run.Prepare the trial run report and project phase review report .Submit Spec. for customer approval then arrange mass production.Communication with customer, supplier, internal relative department (Engineering , Manufacturing . Purchasing . etc.) to solve all project issues promptly
