I used a wide range of skills acquired over my career to perform a variety of functions for CHA. I provided not only friendly and fast local support, but I also played a key role in their migration from Windows 7 to Windows 10. I also developed my leadership skills in an environment that was self driven and motivated, and I always looked for new challenges and opportunities. I used SCCM to deploy software and system images, managed security groups/ roles, assisted with workflow development, and created software collections based on employee roles. I also completed several PowerShell scripting projects including; backing up Bitlocker recovery keys to AD for all PC’s on our domain, manually copy files from specific user locations to the same location on a new machine, and displaying lockout status for either a specific machine name, or all domain PCs, etc. One of my favorite responsibilities was end user training, I created custom materials and lead multiple training sessions for groups ranging from 5 - 50 users. These concentrated on multiple things, including familiarizing users with Windows 10, and the Audio/Visual systems in the conference rooms.

Network Engineer II at SprintEnterprise Network Conversion Project: I use my planning and management skills to coordinate deliveries of physical equipment, arrange a schedule with the retail store managers and CSAs to convert all of Sprint’s current retail stores to a new network design that includes updated equipment and a USB 4G/LTE failover connection, and ensure a quick and efficient turn around and minimal down time. Use SecureCRT and Putty to remotely configure Aruba controllers, switches, WAPs, Spectrum Analyzers, and Air Monitor IDS systems. Use AirWave to organize and monitor hardware, including WAPs, switches, controllers, and Install Server Security Certificates. Use Network Scanner to identify Static IPs of current devices on old networks, then re-IP them to the new network and verify proper connections. Use IPAM to reclaim old DNS subnets and bulk load new DNS subnets using CSV files.
