Reliable and driven individual - I have extensive experience in sports, fitness & exercise. Over 7 years’ experience working in the sports and fitness industry as well as two years studying in which I gained an HND in Fitness, Health & Exercise. As well as allocating jobs to my colleagues, I have had experience of supervising students and young adults through football coaching.I have a very good record of customer service averaging a score of 9.6/10 on our NPS system and I have been given an average 4.3/5 stars for the quality of my training programmes. One of the reasons why I was trained to be a Duty Supervisor was due to my knowledge of my company’s service plan which offers a wide range of products across 10 venues. Having this knowledge allows me to be a useful acquisition across all departs, these include; Duty Supervisor, Gym Instructor and Reception.
