DOBCO began in 1989 as an environmental remediation contractor. Over the next 24 years, DOBCO diversified and grew into a successful at-risk general contractor constructing office buildings; industrial complexes; education and sports facilities; hotels and hospitals; transportation terminals; science and technology facilities; manufacturing, retail and special-use facilities; and extensive interior construction with tenant improvements.
