The company supplies advanced medical imaging software solutions to hospitals and imaging centers: PACS, diagnostic workstations, cloud services and telediagnostic systems. In my position as Sales Manager i am covering all aspects of product marketing and sales: • pricing & packaging• product and services promotion• customer presentations• sales and contracts• after sales support• develop partnerships and sales chanels with local and international industry players to help sales• prepare bids and technical/qualifications documentation for public tenders. Contracts won with public hospitals and private imaging centers in 2013-2024 period sum up to more than 5 Mil Euro. Contributed to the implementation of 3Dnet Medical PACS, 3Dnet Medical Diagnostic Workstations and 3Dnet Medical Cloud services in more than 100 sites in Romania and Republic of Moldova. Trained over 200 radiologists and clinicians in using advanced visualization software, including: reformatting (MPR, strecthed CPR), volume rendering (VR), maximum intensity projection (MIP, thick MIP), vessel analysis, CT colonoscopy, lung nodule segmentation, PET/CT fusion, breast MRI enhancement curves, ADC maps, calcium scoring, multiparametric MRI for prostate, A.I. for lungs, breast, brain (X-ray, CT, MRI).

Avanta Medical Systems S.R.L. provided advanced IT solutions to the medical imaging community in Romania. The product portfolio included Radiology Information Systems (RIS), Picture Archiving and Communication Systems (PACS), Diagnostic Workstations and Computed Radiography (CR) systems. My responsabilities were related to all aspects of product marketing, business development and sales: pricing & packaging, promotion, sales, development of partnership with local and international industry players. Contracts won with public hospitals and private imaging centers in 2010-2012 period total to over 850,000 Euros.

Info World develops hospital information systems (HIS), picture archiving and communication systems (PACS) and e-health solutions (personal health records PHR). As a EU Marie Curie Fellow (experienced researcher) i was involved in a large R&D project for the development of DNA hibridization sensors for molecular diagnostics. My tasks were to use mathematical and computational modeling to investigate and improve the performance and yield of nucleic acids hybridization in a flow-through microarray for rapid molecular testing.

• Responsible for promoting and selling medical imaging systems of General Electric Healthcare (C-arm and mammography) and Given Imaging Ltd (small bowel capsule endoscopy);• Implemented sales strategies and deployed resources according to business plans to meet sales objectives;• Sold three Given Imaging units to public hospitals in Bucharest, Cluj and Timisoara and one GE Echocardiography system to a private clinic in Timisoara (total of 120.000 Euro);• Demonstrated product capabilities through technical presentations;• Provided technical training and support to customers.

Worked together with engineers and application specialists from Guidant Corporation (St. Paul, MN) to devise and develop innovative product concepts in cardiac rhythm management. Supervised a team of three graduate students to achieve project goals and meet deadlines.
