For 24 years I worked full time facilitating more than 400 leadership workshops that included, team building, customer service, conflict management and many others as determined through a professional needs analysis process. In addition to writing training manuals and leader's guide., I've published more than 30 articles based on research collected during workshop input. Several years ago, I wanted to expand into classic car restoration and I worked part time to help finance and restore classic cars that were shipped throughout the country..At this time, I am ready to again work full or part-time helping organizations increase overall effectiveness.
